Our thoughts never introduce themselves as random or meaningless. They do not say, “this is just a passing idea.” Instead, they speak as “I.” They say, “I am not good enough”… “I will fail”… “I cannot do this.” And because they use that word “I,” we immediately believe they are coming from us, that they are our truth. But here is the thing… this is just an illusion. It is like an actor wearing our face and speaking in our voice. If we do not look carefully, we assume it is real. Over time, repeated thoughts start feeling like facts. A person who keeps hearing “you will fail” begins to live as if it is true, even when it is just a pattern playing again and again. These thoughts are creations of the mind, not the Reality of what we are. They appear and disappear. But we… we are that stable
