Nobody Can Walk It For You, Even If They Love You

People say I'm with you, but you still have to walk through it alone. This video is about loneliness, companionship, and the truth of being alone even when you are loved. No one can experience your pain, your fear, or your confusion for you. Love can stand near the door, but you have to walk through it yourself. In this talk I decode why we expect others to completely understand us, why that expectation creates suffering in relationships, and what remains when you see that you are the awareness in which all experience appears. You are not the body, not the mind, not the ego. You are the self-aware reality, the substratum of all. This is not comfort. This is recognition. 00:00 - I am always there for you 01:15 - The hospital room: no one can enter your mind for you 03:10 - Physical pain
