I Don't Think We Actually Forgive People

Do we really forgive people? Or do we just learn to live with the memory of what they did? In this video I share what I have seen in myself: we say I forgive you, but what we often mean is I will never give you the same opportunity again. That is not forgiveness. That is education. Trust is like glass. Once broken, it never joins in exactly the same form. I talk about betrayal in friendship, why we stop sharing secrets after someone breaks trust, why setting boundaries is not hatred, and why forgiving does not mean reopening the door. Forgive the wolf, but close your door at night. I no longer need revenge, but I also do not need to give you another chance to destroy my peace. This is also about false spirituality. If your spirituality leaves you disturbed, hurt, and repeatedly used, th
