It knows it is in danger. All it has to do is let go. But it won't. And that is exactly how you live. This video is not about monkeys. The prison you suffer in was never real. It appeared the moment the thought of ownership appeared — "my life," "my pain," "my story." Every "my" is another link in a chain you built yourself. Existence has never wounded anyone.
