Most of your desires were never yours. You learned what to want by watching other people want it. In this video I break down how desire is copied - from childhood, from society, from restaurants we choose, from products we buy, from social media lives we compare ourselves to - and why even spirituality often begins only after the world takes something away. Then we come to the main recognition: you are not the desire. You are the awareness on which the entire drama appears. If you turn your mind within and see this for yourself, much of what you chase will look like a funny thing. You are already the self-aware reality, the substratum of all, whether you believe it or not. Follow the message. Not the messenger. You are the Self-aware Reality on which the entire drama of world exists.
