When the thought "who am I" arises, who sees it? The thought vanishes. You remain. You are not the thought. You are not the mind that asks. You are the silent screen — the pure, stainless, self-aware reality on which the drama of life appears. The mind asks questions. Awareness does not ask. It only sees itself. Stop seeking.
